Yes. Our payment Gateway is provided through PAYPAL and uses the highest security protocols - similar to most large retail sites on the Internet. Your personal information and Credit Card information is totally safe and protected.
Do you retain my Credit Card Information?

No. All transactions take place directly with the Bank and not with the Ministry. At no time do we have access to ANY information besides your name and address, which is retained for Tax Receipt purposes
We receive a notification from the Bank once the donation has been made. Your information is totally secure.
What if I experience a problem?

If you experience a problem - don't worry. Most issues happen because of "locks" that Credit Card Companies place on card accounts in order to safeguard them against fraudulent charges made over the Internet. If you are making a large donation, we suggest that you contact your Bank or Credit Card Issuer by phone to let them know that you will be making an online donation. If you experience any problems, just send us a message and we will attend to the issue straight away.
